Information We Receive

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, business details and project information. We use this information to reply to your enquiry and provide requested services.

Website Analytics and Cookies

Our website uses essential storage to remember cookie choices. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is added later, analytics will only run where a visitor has allowed analytics cookies through the cookie banner.

Apps Developed by TimTom Studio

Counta

Counta is an app for tracking countdowns, savings targets, goals and reminders. The app is designed so all data is stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly explains otherwise.

Counta may use local notifications if you choose to enable reminders. Local notifications are generated by your device.

ADH Do It

ADH Do It is an ADHD productivity app available on the App Store. All data you create in the app — including tasks, focus sessions, streaks and awards — is stored locally on your device. TimTom Studio does not collect, receive or have access to any of this information.

The Brain Dump feature allows you to type unstructured thoughts which are then sent to Groq, a third-party AI service, to suggest how your thoughts might be organised into tasks. This text is sent to Groq's servers solely to generate suggestions and is not stored or used by TimTom Studio. You should review Groq's privacy policy for details of how they handle data sent to their service.

ADH Do It may send local notifications if you choose to enable them, such as weekly summary reminders. These notifications are generated by your device and no notification data is sent to TimTom Studio.

Client Projects

If we build a website, booking system or app for a client, privacy requirements may vary depending on the project. We will discuss data handling, third-party services and privacy notices with each client as part of the project.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted providers where needed to deliver our services, such as hosting, email or app platform services.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, record keeping and legal obligations.
