These terms provide a simple overview of how TimTom Studio works with clients. Project-specific details, prices, timelines and deliverables will be agreed separately in writing.

Services

TimTom Studio provides website design, website support, booking system setup, app design and app development services for small businesses.

Project Scope

Each project should have an agreed scope before work begins. Changes to the scope may affect the timeline or price.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, account access and feedback needed to complete the work.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may use third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, booking platforms, Apple, Google or Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms and costs.

App Store and Platform Reviews

We can help prepare apps and supporting materials for review, but final approval decisions are made by the relevant platform provider.
